My journey began as my curiosity about words and technology peaked several years ago. As a UX Writer, I discovered that the right words at the right moment could transform a confusing interface into an intuitive experience. I've crafted microcopy that guides, reassures, and occasionally makes people smile (even nose-exhale) because digital experiences should feel human.
But I wanted to do more than write about products; I wanted to build something that helps me and clients (like customizable writing guidelines). Learning to code wasn't just about adding a skill, it was about understanding how the content structure is built and interacted, so that users enjoy it.
Now as a Product Writer—Developer hybrid, I bridge the gap between content and execution, between what users need and what technology can deliver.
